✅این نشست روز پنجشنبه مورخ ۱۱ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ توسط کمیسیون آموزش کانون وکلای دادگستری آذربایجان شرقی در سالن اجتماعات دانشکده علوم محیطی دانشگاه تبریز برگزار شد.

◽ در پایان این نشست دو روزه که طی روزهای چهارشنبه و پنجشنبه مورخ ۱۰ و ۱۱ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳ برگزار گردید با حضور دکتر فرهودی نیا ریاست کانون و جناب مولاخواه عضو هیئت مدیره کانون با اهدای لوحی از دکتر بهرام بهرامی تقدیر به عمل آمد.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
