По итогам состоявшихся переговоров П.А.Вагин и В.Хатсатян подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве об установлении дружественных связей между г.Тобольском и г.Луангпрабанг, нацеленное на развитие взаимодействия сторон в области сохранения исторического наследия, развития туризма, образования и наук, а также реализацию совместных экономических проектов и социальных инициатив.
