Он занимал этот пост, но в качестве и.о., после того как в конце прошлого года Янь Цзиньхай подал прошение об отставке.
Теперь Янь ушëл работать в Постоянный комитет Собрания народных представителей региона.
Получается, что теперь главы Тибета и Бурятии практики однофамильцы. У тибетцев, конечно, нет фамилий в нашем понимании.
Но всë таки Цеден/Цыден это ж ཚེ་བརྟན (tshe brtan) - "долгая жизнь" или "стабильная жизненная сила".

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
