Йдеться про заморожені кошти російського центробанку, які частково зберігаються і в США, але переважно – у європейських банках.
Співрозмовники CNN кажуть, що європейські партнери досі налаштовані скептично і відтак дуже малоймовірно, що це відбудеться до зміни керівництва у Білому домі.
