على المرأة يومياً ذكر عدة أمور تستوجب الشكر بسجل لتسميه ( سجل النعم ، او الامتنان) تذكر فيه ما حاوطها الله من نعم وكيف تعطي هذه النعم حقها من الشكر والامتنان ولهذا السجل آثار إيجابية رائعة على الصعيد الإيماني والنفسي والوجداني وعلى كافة الأصعد ( لئن شكرتم لأزيدنكم ) ...
