В третьем квартале 2023 года количество работников, находившихся в простое, снизилось на 141 тыс. человек, или в 2,4 раза, до рекордного минимума в 99 тыс., подсчитала FinExpertiza. Кроме того, на 50 тыс. человек, до 1,07 млн, уменьшилась численность работающих на урезанной ставке. В то же время на 142,3 тыс. выросло число сотрудников, побывавших в отпуске без содержания: их количество достигло максимальных за 10 лет 3,44 млн человек.
В общей сложности 4,6 млн человек, или 13,7% работников крупных и средних предприятий, какое-то время трудились в режиме неполной занятости. Наибольший уровень частичной занятости отмечался в Пермском крае (18,3%), Петербурге (17,7%), Челябинской области (16,7%), Марий Эл (16,2%) и Крыму (15,8%).
А наименьшим этот показатель был в Чечне (1,9%), Ингушетии (3,1%), Карачаево-Черкесии (5,1%), Северной Осетии (5,1%) и Калмыкии (5,3%).
