Der absurde Vorwurf: Mit dem kleinen „C“, was neben Schriftzügen auf den Shirts erkennbar sei, wäre eine „Straftat gegen das Vereinsgesetz“ begangen worden. Und da kennt der Staat schließlich keine Gnade.
