«Пермский край принял решение выйти на федеральный уровень с инициативой по экологической реабилитации Камы. За долгие годы загрязнений бытовыми и промышленными стоками, накопленными различными отходами, затонувшими объектами наша главная водная артерия утратила свой природный потенциал», — рассказал губернатор Дмитрий Махонин.
