Мы можем констатировать, что в июле-августе произошло значительное уменьшение численности российских военных, находящихся в Беларуси. Были ликвидированы полевые лагеря ВС РФ на полигонах: «Обуз-Лесновский», «Лепельский» и «Осиповичский», а военные, которые там находились и были в составе РГВ, убыли в РФ и это была не ротация.
Тем не менее по нашим данным, в Беларуси ещё продолжают находиться военные ВС РФ, вот где именно:
🔴Аэродромы «Мозырь» («Боков») и «Зябровка» — до 600 человек. 🔴Радиотехнический узел «Барановичи» и 43-й узел связи «Вилейка» — до 1 450 человек. 🔴Военные, прибывшие на учения ОДКБ — мин. 100 человек.
Итого, по состоянию на 1 сентября «Беларускі Гаюн» оценивает количество российских военных, находящихся в Беларуси в ≈2100 человек, а из состава РГВ — 0.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
