✅ 1989-yil 21-oktyabr kuni yurtimizda “Davlat tili haqida”gi qonun qabul qilindi.
✅ O‘zbekiston Respublikasining davlat mustaqilligi e’lon qilindi hamda o‘zbek tilida asosiy qonunimiz – O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Konstitusiyasi yaratildi. Bu esa ona tilimizning nufuzini yanada yuksaltirdi.
✅ 2019-yil 21-oktyabrda O‘zbekiston Prezidenti “O‘zbek tilining davlat tili sifatidagi nufuzi va mavqeini tubdan oshirish chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida”gi farmonni imzoladi. Unga muvofiq, “2020 – 2030 yillarda o‘zbek tilini rivojlantirish va til siyosatini takomillashtirish konsepsiyasi” tasdiqlandi. Konsepsiyada:
❗️mamlakatimiz ijtimoiy-siyosiy hayotining barcha sohalarida davlat tili imkoniyatlaridan to‘liq va to‘g‘ri foydalanishga erishish; ❗️ta’lim tashkilotlarida davlat tilini o‘qitish tizimini yanada takomillashtirish, uning ilm-fan tili sifatidagi nufuzini oshirish; ❗️davlat tilining sofligini saqlash, uni boyitib borish va aholining nutq madaniyatini oshirish va shu kabi boshqa muhim masalalar nazarda tutildi.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
