Об этом заявила глава Москомстройинвеста Анастасия Пятова. В этом проекте Блажко успел продать около 70 квартир, но позже кредитор девелопера– ВЭБ.РФ добился банкротство принадлежащей бизнесмену компании, выступавшей застройщиком проекта. Изначально предполагалось возведение пяти небоскребов общей площадью 437 тыс. кв. м стоимостью 25 млрд руб. Но девелоперу удалось получить разрешение на строительство только одной башни на 45 тыс. кв. м.
