❇️در حکم انتصاب دکتر حسین سیمایی، وزیر علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري به دکتر سید محمود ربیعی سرپرست دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل آمده است؛
🔹نظر به مراتب تعّهد، تخصّص و تجارب ارزشمند جناب‌عالی، به موجب این حکم به عنوان «سرپرست دانشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل» منصوب می‌شوید. از جناب‌عالی انتظار دارد با توکل به خداوند سبحان سرپرستی آن دانشگاه را بر پایه قوانین، سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های مصوب و سند دانشگاه اسلامی به انجام رسانید.
🔸امیدوار است با پیروی از آموزه‌های اسلامی، مبانی علمی، راهبرد دولت وفاق ملی و با جلب همکاری دانشگاهیان و صاحب نظران، وظایف محوله را به نحو شایسته انجام دهید. توفیق و سربلندی روز افزون جناب‌عالی را از درگاه خداوند متعال خواستارم.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
