ШАНЬГИ ✅ 300г муки ✅ 1/2 ч.л соль ✅ 1 ч.л сахар ✅ 1 ч.л дрожжи ✅ 2 ст.л сметаны ✅ 120-150 мл тёплой воды ✅ 1 ст.л раст. масло Начинка: ✅ 300г творога ✅ 200-250г сыра Для ✅ 1 яйцо Пpигoтoвлeниe: 📝 В муку добавляем сахар, дрожжи, соль, сметану, вливаем тёплую воду и замешиваем мягкое тесто. В конце добавляем раст. масло и вымешиваем. Убираем в тёплое место на час. 📝 Для начинки: выбираем мягкий творог, что бы консистенция была однородной, пробиваем блендером. 📝 Тесто делим на равные части, выкладываем на противень застеленный пергаментом, разминаем и оставляем на 14 минут, затем ещё раз разминаем и смазываем края яйцом. 📝 Выкладываем творог, сверху натёртый сыр. Снова оставляем постоять 15-20 минут. 📝 Отправляем в разогретую до 180-200°С духовку на 15 минут. Приятного аппетита! #выпечка

"The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
