Напомним, что в конце октября сотрудники ФСБ задержали в рабочем кабинете начальника ГАИ по Центральному району Петербурга, подполковника полиции Андрей Тимошенко, когда он передавал 500 тыс. сотруднику Службы «М» УФСБ по СПб и ЛО. Встреча проходила в формате оперативного эксперимента.
