"Век живи, век учись - и дураком помрешь", - говорила моя бабушка. Про себя могу сказать: "Хоть век пиши про Португалию, все равно в какой-то момент узнаешь что-то новое".
И вот в конце года читаешь СМИ, и узнаешь, что, во-первых, существует какой-то TasteAtlas. А, во-вторых, он поместил сразу два португальских ресторана в список 100 культовых. Ну и, в-третьих, об этих ресторанах я слышу впервые (что, конечно же, не говорит ничего об их качестве).
Но, в любом случае, очень приятно узнать, что португальские рестораны постепенно поднимают планку и входят в перечни самых-самых. Так кто же вошел в число культовых?
1. Cafe Santiago, Porto (лучшее блюдо - франсезинья, кто бы сомневался) 2. Adega das Gravatas, Lisdoa (лучшее блюдо - осьминог à Lagareiro; кстати, его нередко подают на Рождество).

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
