С обеих сторон отмечены традиционно дружественный характер отношений между Россией и Египтом, основанных на взаимном уважении, и достигнутый высокий уровень стратегического партнёрства.
Подчёркнут настрой на продолжение политического диалога по актуальным вопросам региональной и международной повестки дня, а также укрепление многопланового двустороннего сотрудничества.
