Je m'étais déjà prêté à cet exercice (très déstabilisant) il y a bientôt 4 ans.

La différence entre celui de mes 17 ans et celui de mes 21 ans ? 1 an et demi à la Flèche et deux ans et demi à Paris. Mais rassurez vous, sans barbe, j'ai toujours la même tête d'enfant...

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
