Стало известно, что вчера нашу жалобу по Скилбоксу оставили без удовлетворения. Жду текст апелляционного определения. Надо понять, почему они так решили.
На самом деле очень надеялись на апелляцию, но не судьба. Будем подавать кассацию. Правда, пошлина в 5 тысяч радости клиенту не добавляет. Доступность правосудия — ВО! 👍
