Совсем скоро на склонах Киевского фуникулера могут появиться офисный центр и жилая застройка. Строительство должно начаться на углу улиц Боричев Ток и Боричев Спуск.
Именно там, где до 1928 года располагалась первая нижняя станция фуникулера. В рамках проекта также предусмотрен снос усадьбы мещанки Марии Буйницкой, построенной в 1882 году.
Отметим, что земли расположены в центральном историческом ареале Киева, входящем в территорию историко-архитектурного заповедника «Древний Киев».
Но разве это кого-то волнует? Им лишь бы деньги пилить…
