این ایمیل از آدرس جعلی که خود را به عنوان نیویورک تایمز معرفی کرده است، ارسال می‌شود. با کلیک کردن بر روی لینک، قربانی به یک فرم فیشینگ هدایت می‌شود که تظاهر می‌کند ESET است؛ این فرم از کاربر درخواست می‌کند تا رمز عبور حساب دامنه‌ی شرکتی یا سازمانی خود را وارد کند.

"The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
