"Установлено, что классный руководитель одного из 6 классов школы в течение двух дней 13 и 14 февраля текущего года не заказывала питание для учеников в наказание за плохое поведение, что могло повлечь ухудшение состояния их здоровья", - сообщает прокуратура Тюменской области.
В отношении директора школы возбуждено дело об административном правонарушении, предусмотренном частью 2 статьи 5.57 КоАП РФ (нарушение или незаконное ограничение предусмотренных законодательством об образовании прав и свобод обучающихся образовательных организаций). Ещё три завуча привлечены к дисциплинарной ответственности.
