⤵️ Պատասխանելով ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի հետ նախօրեին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու գործընթացի վերաբերյալ օրինագծին արված անդրադարձին՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է․

💬 «Ես ասել եմ մի բան, որը Դուք ինձնից լավ պիտի իմանաք. մեր Սահմանադրությունն ասում է հետևյալը՝ եթե կա որևէ առաջարկ, որի տակ 50 000 մարդ ստորագրում է, այդ առաջարկը գալիս է Ազգային ժողով, հետևաբար դրանից հետո կառավարությունը պարտավոր է ռեակցիա տալ, դիրքորոշում հայտնել՝ դեմ է այդ օրենքի ընդունմանը, թե կողմ է։ Մեր կառավարությունը կողմ է արտահայտվել այդ օրենքի ընդունմանը:

Կա օրենքի նախագիծ, որտեղ գրված է բառացիորեն, եթե չեմ սխալվում, տառացիորեն եմ մեջբերում, գրված է՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հայտարարում է Եվրոպական միությանն անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկ, այդ օրենքի մեջ ուրիշ բան գրված չէ, կհասնեն գործընթացներն այլ հանգրվանի, կնստենք միասին կհասկանանք` ոնց է ճիշտ, որտեղ ենք մեզ տեսնում, երբ ենք տեսնում, բան է փոխվում, բան չի փոխվում։ Այդ ամբողջը կհասկանանք»։

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
