Air Astana выводит подготовку пилотов на новый уровень, внедряя программу Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL), разработанную с учетом операционных стандартов авиакомпании.
Программа MPL, реализуемая в партнерстве с учебным центром Flight Training Europe (FTE) в Хересе (Испания), предусматривает обучение на конкретный тип воздушного судна. Это позволяет курсантам подготовиться к работе на самолётах флота Air Astana без отрыва от обучения. Учебный центр FTE, с более чем 20-летним опытом, зарекомендовал себя как один из ведущих партнеров в подготовке пилотов для Air Astana и других авиакомпаний по миру.
Авиационная администрация Казахстана завершила инспекцию программы MPL с положительным результатом. Air Astana планирует направить первую группу курсантов MPL в FTE в начале 2025 года после получения официального одобрения программы.
Программа MPL станет первой в СНГ и Центральной Азии и новым стандартом подготовки пилотов в регионе.
