Уральский полпред Владимир Якушев заручился поддержкой топовых российских нефтяников для будущих дебатов на уровне правительства РФ о предоставлении льгот при разработке месторождений с трудноизвлекаемой нефтью.
Проект документа, позволяющий на льготных условиях разрабатывать трудноизвлекаемые запасы нефти, уже разработан на уровне министерства энергетики РФ и Роснедр, однако другие ведомства (в первую очередь, экономический блок федерального кабмина) относятся к инициативе крайне настороженно.
Якушев дал понять, что готов стать лоббистом интересов нефтяной отрасли, чтобы в условиях западных санкций и трудностей в экономике РФ снизить нагрузку на нефтяников. Также отстаивать интересы отрасли намерена и губернатор ХМАО Наталья Комарова.
