В Арбитражный суд Саратовской области обратился 35-летний житель Саратовской области. Он попросил служителей Фемиды признать его банкротом. Поводом послужил долг в размере 732 тысяч рублей перед кредитором.
Согласно материалам дела, мужчина занимает должность полицейского группы охраны и конвоирования подозреваемых и обвиняемых изолятора временного содержания в одном из районов области. В месяц он получает 37 тысяч рулей. Мужчина женат, у него есть трое детей.
Суд постановил признать должника банкротом. Введена процедура реализации его имущества сроком до середины августа.
