В Донецке состоялся Открытый кубок Главы Республики по спортивной гимнастике. Впервые за долгое время наш регион принял атлетов из Ростова-на-Дону.

Искренне рад, что в Республику все чаще приезжают спортсмены из других регионов России. Для нас это яркое подтверждение того, что мирная жизнь налаживается.

Всего в соревнованиях приняли участие более 140 юных гимнастов из Донецка, Енакиево, Макеевки и Ростовской области.

Сегодня активно развиваем 91 вид спорта. В том числе в ДНР более 600 детей посещают секции по спортивной гимнастике — в Донецке, Макеевке, Горловке, Енакиево и Мариуполе.

Продолжим восстанавливать спортучреждения — в этом году капитально отремонтируем пять спорткомплексов, два стадиона, построим 12 новых спортивных объектов в муниципалитетах.
