Stuttgart, 20. Februar 2025 – Am 22. Verhandlungstag im Verfahren gegen Michael Ballweg vor dem Landgericht Stuttgart wurden zwei Vertreter von Banken als Zeugen vernommen. Die Befragungen konzentrierten sich auf die Kontoeröffnung und die anschließenden Kündigungen der Konten von Ballweg und seiner Stiftung.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
