Глава комитета Госдумы по труду, соцполитике и делам ветеранов Ярослав Нилов предложил излагать ПДД доступным языком. Он заявил, что водителям не всегда удается разобраться в тексте новых поправок. Из-за этого может возникать недопонимание с автоинспекторами и, как следствие, неоправданные штрафы.
По мнению депутата, обсуждение поправок должно быть общественным. В нем следует принимать участие не только ведомствам, но и представителям автосообщества.
