В предварительном списке - 29 человек. 14 граждан Азербайджана, 10 граждан России, двое граждан Кыргызстана, а также три человека с пока не установленным гражданством. Один из них, как сообщается, живет в Германии. Ранее сообщалось, что на борту находились 6 граждан Казахстана.
