Man braucht:
25 ml Kamillen Ölauszug 6 g #Bienenwachs 15 g #Lanolin 25 ml #Kamillentinktur 5 g #Zinkoxid
-> Öl Wachs und lanolin in einem Glas vermischen (Fettphase) -> Tinktur in ein extra Glas (Wasserphase) -> beide Phasen erhitzen. -> Wasserphase unter ständigem rühren nach und nach zur Fettphase geben -> viel rühren bis die Creme handwarm ist -> Zinkpulver untermischen
Creme wird ziehmlich zäh, das ist gewollt.
Sie ist auch für einen Wunden Babypopo geeignet. Ich werde sie bestimmt mal probieren.
