1 Blumenkohl 1Zwiebel 2 Knoblauchzehen 300 ml Kokosmilch 150 ml Wasser 1/2 EL Gemüsebrühe1 Prise Salz, Pfeffer 1 TL Kurkuma 1 TL Curry 2 EL Olivenöl
Blumenkohl in Röschen zerteilen und in eine Auflaufform legen. Zwiebel schälen und grob zerteilen, und dazu geben. Knoblauch schälen und Zehen dazu geben. Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe und Öl darüber geben und alles gut durchmischen. Jetzt alles im Ofen bei 180 Grad (vorgeheizt) ca. 30 Minuten garen. Gemüse anschließend in einen Mixer geben und Kokosmilch sowie Wasser hinzufügen. Alles auf hoher Stufe schön cremig pürieren. Nach belieben abschmecken.
