Den Teig in drei Stücke teilen und nicht kneten, nur in die Länge ziehen (ich drehe den Teig immer), direkt in den vorgeheizten Ofen geben und für 20 min bei 240°C backen und dann auf 200°C stellen und weitere 10 min backen. Wenn man auf die Baguettes klopft sollten sie hohl klingen.
