Ein Tee aus Melisse, Hopfen, Baldrianwurzel, Lavendelblüten, Kamille und Johanniskraut wirkt beruhigend und entspannend.
1 El getrocknete Kräuter auf eine Tasse mit heißem Wasser übergießen und 15 min ziehen lassen.
Getrunken vor dem Einschlafen, kann er bei Schlafstörungen helfen.
Auch ein entspannendes Körperol kann bei Unruhe helfen. Dazu ein Öl eurer Wahl (Olive oder Kokos) und gebt einige Tropfen ätherische Öle wie lavendel oder Orange dazu. Gebt es morgens und abends auf den Oberkörper.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
