Grünkohl - Bananen - Smoothie 🥬🍌

Diese Zutaten kommen in einen Mixer und werden zu einer cremigen und homogenen Masse gemixt.

2 Hände voll Grünkohl
1 Banane
1 Apfel
2 Stängel Sellerie
4 EL Chiasamen
1 EL Braunhirse
5 Blätter Sternanis
1 dickes Stück Ingwer
Gefiltertes Wasser
1 EL Kokosöl für einen cremigeren Geschmack

Nach dem Mixen noch einige Stücken gefrorene Banane zugeben und nochmals mixen. Gebt ihr sie vorher rein, kann das Kokosöl Klumpen bilden.
