Zwiebeln und Knoblauch fein hacken. Karotten, Kartoffeln und Mango in ungefähr gleich große Würfel schneiden. Speiseöl in einem Topf erhitzen und Zwiebeln, Karotten, Kartoffeln, Mango, Knoblauch und Pfeffer darin unter Rühren etwa drei Minuten anbraten. Mit Gemüsebrühe und Kokosmilch ablöschen und abgedeckt für etwa 20 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis alles weich ist. Anschließend fein pürieren, bis eine cremige Suppe entsteht. In tiefen Tellern oder Schüsseln servieren und nach Geschmack mit etwas Kokosmilch, Chiliflocken, Pfeffer und Schnittlauch garnieren.
