Авторы законопроекта не представили анализ экономического эффекта от реализации данного механизма, в том числе для юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, уже осваивающих моллюсков. Нет представления в ведомстве Максима Решетникова и о каких инвестиционных проектах в рамках договоров о закреплении квоты на вылов моллюсков в инвестиционных целях идёт речь. @Ribfront
