По сути, она является центром подготовки всех решений в области рыболовства, обладая большим влиянием в правительственных кругах. На крайний случай сойдёт Всеяпонский Рыболовецкий кооператив промысла сайры кошельковым неводом или Хоккайдская федерация кооперативов тралового промысла.
По силам ли для местечкового приморского отраслевого объединения выйти на такой уровень?! «Это тебе не мелочь по карманам (тайваньских браконьеров) тырить!»
