- عزيزي الطالب إليك خطوات اجراءات تقديم غياب بعذر اولا: تقديم طلب غياب بعذر لعميد الكلية أو نائب العميد لشؤون الطلاب ثانيا: بعد قبول عذرك والتوجيه فيه يتوجب عليك القيام بالخطوات الآتية:
1- تعبئةاستمارة غياب بعذر الموجودة في مكتب شؤون الطلاب
2- التوجه إلى مسجل الكلية الأستاذ خليل للتوقيع عليها
3- عرض الاستمارة على عمادة الكلية (العميد او نائبه) للمصادقة عليها ..
4- تصوير الاستمارة ثلاث نسخ ومن ثم تسليمها إلى مسؤولة نظم معلومات ـ في المستوى .
5- تسلم الاستمارة الى مختص الأرشيف بعد الختم عليها .
