Читая только что вышедшую монографию В.В. Кондрашина "Российская деревня в условиях индустриальной модернизации", наткнулся на о многом говорящий момент.
В 1891-1892 гг. из РИ экспортировали 588 млн пудов зерна.
В 1932-1933 гг. из СССР вывезли около 200 млн пудов зерна.
Получается, что даже вывоз втрое большего объема зерна в 1891-1892 гг. не привел к той гигантской катастрофе с миллионами умерших и людоедством, какая случилась в 1932-1933 гг.
Это говорит о том, что экономика РИ начало 90-х годов XIX века по сравнению с СССР начала 30-х годов ХХ века давала больший прибавочный продукт и обеспечивала большую выживаемость населения.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
