Невский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Романа Юрченко, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
Следствие полагает, что не позднее 01.34 06.11.2023, находясь в квартире дома по ул. Караваевская, с целью убийства отца Л. на почве личных неприязненных отношений, Юрченко нанес ему не менее 10 ударов неустановленным следствием острым предметом в спину и шею. Л. скончался на месте происшествия.
06.11.2023 Юрченко предъявлено обвинение. Юрченко против стражи не возражал.
