Октябрьский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга приступил в рассмотрению ходатайства следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Рахматшоха Курбонова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст.264 УК РФ.

11.05.2024 Курбонову предъявлено обвинение.

У Курбонова два защитника. Также в процессе присутствует переводчик.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
