СУПК и дороги - похоже, одна из главных тем сегодня в Новокузнецком районе. Ещё одна, от остановки "Нагорная" в Осинниках до примыкания к трассе на Елань. Протяженность грунтовки - порядка 17,5 километров.

В администрации Новокузнецкого муниципального района утверждают, что дорога существует с конца 70-х годов. И настаивают, что ею могут пользоваться обычные граждане. По факту - КПП с двух сторон дороги, люди в балаклавах и, похоже, с оружием, запрет на проезд по грунтовке жителю Новокузнецкого района.

Охранники утверждают, что их наниматель - все то же АО "СУПК". Для СУПК закон не писан?
