⬅️🧬واحد پزشکی قرار است در تابستان امسال مجموعه‌ی کاملی از کارگاه‌های بیوانفورماتیک و ژنتیک مولکولی برگزار کند.
🧑🏫👩💻تمامی کارگاه ها دارای بخش عملی و تئوری خواهند بود
🏨تعدادی از این کارگاه ها با همکاری اساتید مرکز تحقیقات بیولوژی سرطان بیمارستان امام خمینی برگزار خواهد شد.
عناوین کارگاه ها: ◾️بیوانفورماتیک مقدماتی ◾️بیوانفورماتیک پیشرفته ◾️آشنائی با زبان برنامه نویسی R و کاربرد آن در آنالیز داده های آماری ◾️آنالیز داده های RNA-Seq ◾️آشنائی با سیستم های کریسپر و طراحی crRNA
