Сегодня наблюдал такую картину: проезжала фура на украинских номерах через блок-пост Горшечное - Cтарый Оскол в направлении Старого Оскола. И ее даже не остановили документы проверить, не говоря о том, что он может перевозить в прицепе. Имхо, неправильно это.
