По словам педагога, такой неожиданный выбор подарка стал результатом соглашения профсоюза с компанией, занимающейся изготовлением памятников. Эти сертификаты выдали учителям вместе с материальной поддержкой от фонда.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
