"Из них большая часть – это наш бюджет, почти девять миллиардов рублей, 3,5 миллиарда рублей — финансовая помощь Российской Федерации. В настоящее время недополучено еще почти 2 миллиарда рублей финансовой помощи Российской Федерации по разным направлениям. Из них заработная плата (бюджетников - прим.) составляет 800 миллионов рублей", — рассказал Бганба.
Он добавил, что различные организации имеют долги перед государством, которые нужно оплачивать.
