В рамках реализации Программы школьного питания ВПП ООН, основным донором которой с 2013 года является Россия, для нужд учеников Согдийской области была передана крупная партия витаминизированной муки.

В посольстве РФ отмечают, что в ближайшее время также намечен ремонт и строительство школьных столовых, пекарен и теплиц а также закупка оборудования.
