👉 Алексей Вовченко сообщил, что на 1 февраля 2025 года всего 41 субъект доложил о либо принятых, либо находящихся в высокой степени проработки соответствующих документов. А это — лишь половина всех регионов России.
Замминистра напомнил, что до 1 июля все регионы должны утвердить подробные планы перехода на оказание услуг на основании стандартов.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
