Noah Tassalini from Colac, but lives in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

Noah is a mentally disturbed young man who is only known (for now) for selling Russian soldiers' documents on the Internet, according to him, given to him by his cousin Yuri, who served in the 128th mountain assault brigade in the Kherson direction.

He seems to have doubled his bet by going to Ukraine in April 2024, apparently to pick up new documents himself in order to sell them too.

Our colleague AussieCossack wrote about him in February, and there he says that he regrets having sold documents literally soaked in the blood of Russian soldiers and that he was an orphan, raised in Australia in a foster family, which he left a year ago. Of course, it was all pure bullshit. He was born and raised in a fully structured family and had all the best. He lied because he's a psychopath.

His father, Fabrizio Tassalini, died from cancer in 2014, while his mother, Sarah Louise Parker, is alive, and they both raised their twin children, Dea and Noah Tassalini, as best they could. As you can see it on his TikTok channel.

He explained that his interest was purely commercial, but he seemed to understand everything and was ready to hand over everything he had to the Russian embassy in the near future. We don't know if he actually did it.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova called this type of trade “blatant sacrilege and cynical mockery of the memory of our soldiers fighting the modern Nazis.”

You won't like it when you get caught, Noah.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
