Теперь же справедливость восторжествовала, но видимо не совсем так, как многие предполагали: в соответствии с указом президента, максимальная сумма осталась прежней, 3 миллиона (а не 4, как "вбрасывалось" в информационное пространство), она будет выплачиваться лишь за тяжелые травмы. А размер остальных выплат будет определен постановлением правительства и, по всей видимости, они будут уменьшены, что приведет к экономим бюджетных средств...
